We used Antonin and Jimmy Socquet-Clerc at Antonin Allard to find and buy our Chalet in Megeve. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. We were very particular about the type of property we were interested in and the distance from the Town. This made the search for the right property complicated and long. Antonin and Jimmy looked for 2 years for us only showing us properties that made sense so that no time was wasted. They showed great patience and were always a delight to deal with. Finally, they found us the right property. The way that they then managed the purchase and sale process was truly best in class. As British buyers with little experience of buying in France, they helped us at every step of the way making the process as painless as possible. They communicated and coordinated very well. Once we had bought the Chalet they have been very helpful in guiding us to the right builders. We interviewed a number of builders and their recommendation was definitely the best. At all stages both Antonin and Jimmy were both professional and so nice to deal with. We own a lot of property in the UK and no agent that we have dealt with in the UK over the years comes anywhere near close to Antonin and Jimmy.
