- Remuneration of the agent for a sale exceeding €1,000,000 : 5% VAT included of the total transaction amount (all taxes included).
- Remuneration of the agent for a sale price below €1,000,000: 6% including VAT of the total transaction amount (all taxes included).
- The mandate is mandatory (Art. 72 of Decree No. 72-678 of 20.07.1972).
- In accordance with Article 6 of the law of January 2, 1970, and Article 77 of the decree of July 20, 1972, transaction fees are borne by the seller.
